Peregrinus brought up a really good point on the "Immortal God" thread. Things have been getting more and more confusing and there are some serious problems about what is going on right now.
First of all, we need a plan, if only a vague idea of what is going on. A strict plan would not be very fun on an RP forum such as this, but we need to know what is going on. We cannot continue running around at random, beating people up simply because we feel like it.
Second of all, we need to make sure that we are only controlling our own characters. I believe that it is okay to use NPC characters, such as the trolls, horse, and barman in the previous thread. However, I am almost certain that "god-modding", controlling other people's characters, is not allowed. In this regard, I am rather confused about the buisness with Kai and Bishop. If they are controlled by the same person, their posts should be done on different accounts, or one should be deleted. If Bishop is merely controlling Kai because Kai is not around, that would be "god-modding" and therefore banned.
Lastly, it would be a good idea to improve spelling, grammar, and clarity in the RP posts. Right now, many of the posts are long, confusing, and often ambiguous. They may be easier to write that way, but it is very hard to understand. Posts don't need to be perfect; they just need to be reasonable.
I hope that this is not overstepping my bounds as a member. I simply thought that a discussion thread was in order.

Once agan, I agree with everything said. (I should, I mean, she is my twin)
Maybe we could have people who sketched out a plot beforehand. I would elect Anne and Dante. Anne comes up with engaging plots, and Dante comes up with wild and creative ideas that Anne could revise and possibly override if need be.
EDIT: But everyone else would have a say... I'm not quite sure how that would work, but whatever.
Reason for Editing: More rubbish to spew

So far, I'm agreeing with everything that Elka & Fearn are saying. Right now theres a bunch of crazy fighting going on and I don't have a huge problem with that, but it really becomes old and drags on after a while, especially when someone absolutely refuses to lose and dodges everything, thats no fun!
Plus, I've noticed that one of the most successful events in RPs are cliff hangers or abrupt endings. Instead of us continously fighting, something dramatic with great significance should happen (and i don't mean someone dieing! lol!), like the area we are in is about to crumble apart due to all the dark energy. Or maybe the wheel of rye has a internal holy energy to it and we find it and release its power to make all the shadows flee. From there, that also causes any enemies to the heroes to flee and start planning their next plot against us.
Remember, we're all following this legendary path on the ancient map, which supposedly leads to a great treasure. This lost Isle thread is a short detour for me to get a weapon, and also possibly learn about an ancient powerful God. (Wrath of the Gods, right!?) None of us are Gods yet, but i do believe in order to be a God, you gotta defeat a God. I also was not planning on winning the battle w/ the immortal god, it was intended to be a plot deepener. Fighting is one thing, but Rpin should definately not revolve around it...
I'm goin to create a plot summary for our overall storyline, and also a small summary for each thread that we've created. You know, kinda like a chapter intro that explains what is going on.
I feel like I've just written a book, I hope this is helpful, sorry for such a huge post!
P.s.: Kaiser & Bishop, you guys need to post separately! Work on the detail of you guys' posts and its delivery to us, cause most of the time, I'm just like... "what the....?" Don't worry, I'm sure you guys will get the hang of it...

Truthfully i just wanna end it. Just come upstair fight the king beat him everything goes back to normal and we leave. Bishop and Kai stop making random things happen. Like one second there will be little shadows that you control then they become huge?

LITTLE IDEA: We should move to a different thread for the Anne vs King fight. The old one was too muddled.
And yes, I think Kai and Bishop should maybe be informed that acting that way isn't appropriate or helpful to the plot. They should wait and get an idea of how this RP works before they throw in plot twists.
<-- That's what I think should happen, Dante. Thanks! We really need to get off the "hit person, person hits back, yada yada."

Yeah, thats perfect. And don't worry, I'll make it end quick so we can continue on with the adventure part of the RPing...

(I'm just going to poke in here real quick)
Anne, good idea with defining your plot. Although if you do, it doesn't have to be all of the little details. You should leave some room for flexablity but it all should lead to the final product.
Next, about fights, I just want to make a suggestion which is the same thing as Elka and Fearn are saying. Only move your character, and when I say move I need don't even touch the other character. Sure, everything may take a little longer. And if you want to move/something a character to speed things up a little bit, ask them ooc and if they don't agree modify your last post to go with their post after you. I've seen this done on numerous sites and it works pretty good. Going back the "no-touch" rule, here is an example:
"Pere punched Anne in the face." WRONG!!! "Pere reaches back and sends his fist flying towards Anne's face." BINGO!!!

Yeah Knight had a hit point system once so that as you posted your hit points would go up and as the battle progressed admins and mods could make your hp drop but...Rp Stats aren't working.

The only problem with that Dante is that it seems like a lot of work for the admins. Plus, i believe the stats reset everytime someone either exalts or smites you.

No thats only cause theres a bug with them right now that knight hasn't gotten around to fixing. Yeah but hp was made so that no one can god mod and fights wont go on for longer than they should.

The Stat Points reset every time you reach another multiple of ten in the post count. Until then, they grow. It's not the most efficient way to do it, in my opinion, but whatever works.

Because there glitching out if Knight would ever get around to fixing them then they wouldn't do that.

(Sorry one more comment)
Oh I almost forgot, make sure to read and understand the entire post of someone. I've noticed several events that have moved between people. I myself have also done this so I'm scolding my self too. For example, when Anne and I killed those men in the ally, Fearn said they were outside the bar. Also, the entire scene in the hole was a complete mess with several persons being in different spots (like me leaving one of the twins behind [can't think of the exact one right now])

It was me who got left behind- *snickers* (arugh, once it's known we're twins no one can tell us apart)
And I apologize for my confusion in front of the bar. For some reason I thought the bar led straight out into the alleyway or something along those lines.
But yes, though I'm guilty myself, I agree with Pere.
