"Er, yeah," Fearn mumbled, edging away. She tied Aurum up again, and tried not to stare at Anne. "You know, I have no idea who 'Princess Anne' is. I don't pay any attention to that sort of stuff. Even if you and her are the same people, I wouldn't know what that meant."
That said, Fearn trotted back inside after Pere, this time jumping over the body.

Anne sighed and figured it'd be more effective to change the subject. "Let's all rest up and get ready for tomorrow... drinks are on me. I can afford for us all to stay at an Inn for a night or two..."
Anne yelled over to Adonis as she pushed Fearn and Dante to grab a seat at the bar near Pere. "Hey, gimme 8 Dragon Breaths! Hold on, Give me 10 of 'em!!" Adonis slid one each over to Anne and Fearn, 3 to Dante, then 5 to Pere. Anne nodded to Adonis in approvement. Anne was still determined to get her map back in her hands, so she figured she would use Pere's weakness against him.

The ranger grins as the drinks were placed in front of him. Giving a little salute to Anne, Pere led up the first cup.
"I propose a toast...to successful adventures and bountiful punders." He downed the liquid before anyone could object.

Anne smiled fiendishly as Pere drank, and drank, and drank. "Here, you can have mine too, Peregrinus..."
"He'll be knocked out in no time," Anne thought to herself. "Either that, or he'll be extremely unaware of what he's doing..."
She quietly moved her hand closer to the map that he had concealed. "Thats a nice piece of paper, can I see it?" she tried to play along, assuming he was drunk.

"Oh why thank you!"
At this time, Pere was not drunk, but he was feeling pretty good about himself. He had drinked five, six...so many he had lost count.
"Yeah, you can see it." Pere said grabbing her hand.
"However, you must first do something for me."

"Err..." Anne raised an eyebrow at him in a suspicious way. "More Dragons' breaths, right?"
Even though Pere had stopped her hand from proceeding to the map, she still tried to ease her way to it inch by inch with the tips of her fingers. She called out to Adonis once again to attempt to distract him.
"I think this guy needs more, Adonis!" Anne called out nervously. Adonis sighed, and shot a glare at her, giving her the "this is going on your tab" look.

"Thanks for paying?" Fearn said, following Anne's example and passing hers to Peregrinus. "You can have mine as well. I don't want it. And what the hey are you asking Knife for? I don't care how drunk you are, don't do anything stupid, or I'll hit you over the head with a chair."

Pere shook his head as Anne tried to order another drink.
"No I think I'm good now. How about you give me a dance and I'll let you look at my piece of paper?" He said as the band started a new song.
"Come on, one dance isn't going to kill you." Pere let go of her hand and led his out as a gesture for her to take.

"Heh! You have no idea!" Anne jumped up from her seat, yanked his arm and swung him around once, then put her arm around his and twirled around in really, really fast circles. After that she broke away from him and stomped her right foot three times along with the beat, then did the same with her left foot. She swayed her whole body around to the beat of the drums and other instruments. She eventually forgot all about Peregrinus and the map.
"Yelena, get out here!" Anne called out to Fearn, almost out of breath but was determined to keep moving to the beat. "You can't be that much worse than Peregrinus!!"

Elka threw open the doors to the tavern with a crash, standing in the open doorway with a wide grin on her face. Her dog pushed his way in after her, apparently oblivious to the fact that dogs were generally not well accepted in bars.
"Oy, you lot, has anyone seen Corey?" she shouted to the general group in the tavern, which was not very full at that hour. No one answered her, and taking a look around she saw that Corey, a friend of hers and not the most responsible person in the world, was definitely not in the tavern.
"Drat it," she muttered, seeing that apparently the tavern was now turned into a dance floor. Though, she did sort of like dancing. Laughing suddenly, she dashed into the middle of the floor and started dancing some wild pattern of her own invention, her dog looking on from the corner.

Pere was just about to come back across the room for another spin when the doors suddenly burst open. Already being intoxication, spinning was a hard task, and the new guest arriving threw off his concentration. Pere slipped from Anne's arm and was sent spiraling across the room until a rather weak table stopped him. The table smashed under his weight and the ranger crashed to the ground.
"Would not recommend that." Pere muttered as he held his head trying to refocus his eyes.

Fearn leapt up, grinning madly, and jumping over Peregrinus, started dancing just as wildly as the newcomer. "Contest!" she barked, jumping like a clumsy ballerina around the broken table. She managed to jump to the beat, but was beginning to get odd looks from the other patrons. Peregrinus, however, certainly won the odd look prize for the night. It wasn't every day people smashed tables.
Leaping in circles around Elka, Fearn pulled off her necklace and started ribbon dancing with it. "You're going down!" she yelled gleefully to the other girl, piroutting over the dog.

Anne watched as the newcomer and Fearn began to thrash their bodies around violently along with the music. She chuckled a bit but stepped back over to Peregrinus. She leaned over helped him up from the debris of the crushed table.
"Yeah, not too many people can keep up when it comes to dancing..." Anne said, looking at his facial expression. "Whoa, in the meantime, you look like you need to go to bed. I'll go talk to the closest Inn about getting some rooms for each of us..."
Anne started to walk away, but then took a last glance at the ranger. "Do I deserve my map or what..?" she smirked.

Elka paused for a brief moment, watching Peregrinus bring down a table. She's seen things like that happen so many times now that it was hardly interesting anymore. However, she was getting a little bored just skipping around in circles. Snickering again, she caught Fearn by the arm and began dancing in what could pass for a very lively two person Virginia Reel.
"Oh ya, I'm going down am I?" she said to Fearn, panting slightly. "I think I've already beatern your dear friend over there, the one who's sitting in the table right now."

Dante had drunken his beers but he didn't seem drunk like Pere. He tried not to get to intoxicated because it throws him off and he can't really fight as well and isn't as agile...and cause he hates hangovers. Dante just sat in his chair and laughed when Pere broke the table.
[glow=blue,2,300]You guys are crazy...[/glow]
He said then started to laugh.

"Thanks." Pere said taking the hand up.
"I think I'm ready for bed too." He took two or three steps cautiously making sure he could still walk straight. He couldn't. Grabbing a chair for stability, the ranger smiled at Anne.
"Yeah, sure. Here you go." Pere pulled it out and offered it to Anne.
"You sure can dance."

"Crazy? Us? Never," Fearn said happily, breaking away from the reel and starting to dance in a style that could only be compared to River Dance. She noticed Peregrinus handing Anne the map, and laughed happily. Fearn didn't need to be drunk to act it- all she needed was to be allowed to act insane.
Eventually, Fearn stopped dancing, afraid of ending up like the maiden in Rite of Spring. She walked up to a guy who loooked about 17 sitting at the bar, grinning madly. "See that girl over there, the outlandish one with the dog? She's shy, and wants to dance with you. You should ask her," she said, mocking Anne's words from before. Pulling the poor guy up, she shoved him at Elka, shouting, "This guy wants to dance with you!"
Fearn padded over to Dante, panting slightly. "Why don't you do anything? Aren't you bored?" she asked, jumping into the center of the broken table. "We can't be all that entertaining to watch."

"Thanks, Peregrinus." Anne gave him a certain "look," and took the map gently from his hand.
Eventually, Anne was completely out of the bar and was bumping shoulders with other people in the streets. She saw the Inn that looked to be a nice place to stay the night at and pushed her way to get there. As she walked in, she didn't notice the large dark figure who stood near the entrance, carefully watching the people who came in.
"Hello there, how much is it for two separate rooms for one night?" Anne politely asked the elderly front desk lady.
"That would be... 20 gold coins for 1 night, deary." the old lady said in a cheerful-like way. Ann's face was blank and her mouth was opened in awe. "Every single one of us better be getting a full breakfast, a massage, and a waiter at our bedside!!" Anne screamed in her head. A large, fully armored, and caped man stepped in right next to Anne, and set down a pouch with exactly 20 gold coins in it. Anne looked up, but oddly enough, his whole face was canceled out by darkness, only his red eyes could be seen. Anne thought of his appearance as a death knight, or a reaper.
"This should cover it." The man said, then led Anne over to the side before she could object. He pulled out an odd orb from a side pocket and put it in her palm. "I believe this is yours." As Anne looked down at the odd crystal in her hand, it seemed like the man had vanished in thin air. Soon, she finally figured out what the orb was, it was actually the dragon's eye she had destroyed earlier, in perfect condition. Anne was stunned temporarily, from fear.
"You want a normal suite or a romantic suite, honey?" the elderly woman asked her, smiling.

Dante smiled at Fearn when she said that. He got up then yawned and strecthed. Then he gave a small laugh.
[glow=blue,2,300]Well I'm to much of a party animal to be dancing with all of you guys. I'm in a whole different league than you guys. So i've decided not to party.[/glow]
He yawned one more time then sat back down in his chair then smiled then leaned back in his chair so it was only on two legs.

Elka stopped dancing and trotted over to the same lady that Anne had asked about for the rooms. She noticed an odd look on the other girl's face, but did not comment. "Since Corey's not back here yet, I think I'm just going to have to rent a small room for the night as well. Rolf's staying with me, though," she said, indicating her dog, who was not so patiently sitting next to her.
"Fifteen gold," the lady said, taking Elka's money. "Your room's in the hall to the right, three doors down. You can keep the dog, but he's five of those runes."
"Rolf's staying," Elka repeated firmly, buttoning up her purse again and sitting back at her table. "Tell me if anyone sees Corey. That idiot, I bet he's out drinking in the woods somewhere again."
