An inn headed by a white-haired, red-faced man referred to by many patrons as old man Thomas. Thomas's hands shake ever so slightly while he pours his fills empty glasses. The man himself established the inn in his youth, and aided greatly in the creation and enforcement of the city's current defenses.
Several weapons, trophies, and memoirs dangle from the walls of the inn; a bear skull is mantled above the fireplace, while a large fish is stocked on another wall. The fire and an assortment of candles keep the inn brightly lit, an effect only amplified by the yellow paint decorating much of its interior. Many of Haven's inhabitants stop by the inn frequently; it's used as a spot to exchange gossip of local going-ons while unwinding and spending time with good company. Older visitors are more common than younger ones.
Thomas himself lives in the inn with the company of his wife, the likes of which can often be found manning the place's kitchens, and is renowned for her willingness to experiment with more simple recipes.
