The Khorrian Settlement is titled as such for the draconic spirit the monks pay servitude to. It is said that it is the spirit's protection that allows the monks to coexist so nicely with the ridge's natives. The temple is the largest structure, though several small settlements sit beside it.
The temple and its surrounding buildings are crafted skillfully from a mixture of rock and sandstone - the buildings show wear from age; the floors of many of the structures are left plain, with no substance covering the mud and dirt of the ground.
The dwellings are miniscule - each person has only one small room for themselves; most of the structures are designed to house up to five individuals, and contain a slightly larger community room in their center.
Signs of life are visible everywhere; pits of fire and racks for smoking caught game are scattered about outside, with tools for hunting and fishing propped up beside the various structures. Footprints have worn paths leading into and out of the village, and to and from the temple, and many gardens boasting a variety of fruits and plants have been established all throughout the area.
